Managing Partner

Nathan got his start in the world of cosmetics 25 years ago with Basic Research where he would become Senior VP of Sales, develop and manage a team of 100+ employees and launch the mold-shattering #1 anti-aging skincare line, Strivectin. Nathan’s proven sales prowess and meaningful relationships in the Prestige retail space have enabled him to help well-known and niche brands find success and thrive.


Managing Partner

Riley also got his start at Basic Research and as VP he launched multiple products, including the #1 weight-loss supplements Relacore and Zantrex-3. After being recruited by the UFC (to grow their retail business, not fight) he relocated to Vegas, and eventually convinced Nathan to follow. As co-founder of CCi, Riley brings with him a wide network of retail buyers, wholesale distributors, manufacturers and marketing resources with a focus on FDM and Specialty channels.


Managing Director

Bryan is truly a jack of all trades, master of some. Licensed cosmetologist, graphic designer, entrepreneur, product development, the list goes on.  Bryan has launched several successful DTC wellness and beauty brands, owned and operated a high-end martini lounge, and has dozens of trademarks and several patents in his name. His graphic design work includes in-store product displays for Sephora, Ulta and Neiman Marcus, national print ad campaigns and hundreds of consumer product packages.  Bryan’s unique skills and attention to detail are a major asset to CCi and our clients.

Prestige Accounts Executive

Nicole has been exclusively with CCi for 3 years, but has worked with Nathan since 2002.  Nicole has over 20 years of experience in prestige beauty, having worked with Chanel, Christian Dior and the launch of StriVectin. Nicole brings her breadth of knowledge and wealth of practical work experience in the Beauty Industry to CCi. Working alongside our brands to create awareness, social visibility, packaging concepts, retail market strategies and forging a path to overall brand readiness to enter and succeed in prestige and specialty retail distribution is where Nicole really shines


Category Director

With 20 years experience in brand management, product marketing, and retail sales, David brought a global retailer/distribution relationship portfolio to CCi. Having started his career at iHeart Media with clients such as Coke, Corona, and sports nutrition brands, David went on to become VP of Sales at VPX and was key in the launch and success of BANG Energy. David then launched PERFOMIX domestically and in over 150 countries. With a history of success developing high-level, long-term business partnerships for his clients David is an integral part of CCi’s recent expansion.

With a 25-year tenure at the top luxury leaders, including Bloomingdale’s and Saks, Holly brings an unparalleled depth of experience. In merchandising and buying, she created the first clean shop concept at Bloomingdale’s. Holly cultivated niche brands while driving substantial growth for powerhouses like Chanel, Dior, La Mer, and Sisley. As a Media Director, she executed groundbreaking campaigns with innovative initiatives in digital, social, print, and cutting-edge AR tactics. Holly is not just an industry veteran, but a visionary leader who consistently delivers excellence.
